The premise from which part is the realization that to achieve these goals it is important to promote a safety culture and spread it throughout the organization as a whole and not restricted to the entire security personnel.
Increase the safety culture essentially means:
- Increase the level of awareness of risks in the workplace;
- Increase knowledge of best practices and tools to prevent or reduce risks;
- Develop the capacity to respond in an emergency, making it almost automatic behaviors to be activated;
- Empowering employees by involving them in the process control and improvement of safety and risk prevention.
